What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Digital transformation is the incorporation of computer based technologies into an organizations products, processes and strategies.
What are we looking for? Implement Digital Commerce Technology Roadmap Partner with the client’s business and digital leadership to define, prioritize, and execute a multi-year digital commerce technology roadmap aligned to revenue growth, and operational scalability. Assist in establishment and scaling Digital Commerce Operations at new Hub Play a foundational role in setting up the the new digital commerce hub by defining operating models, technology standards, governance, and execution processes. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce tech and platform related enhancements Act as the primary on-site technology and engagement leader Serve as the trusted technology partner at the client location, owning senior stakeholder communication, expectation management, and alignment between business, product, and technology teams. Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders Work closely with Accenture delivery team, product SME, Tech Architects to ensure seamless execution of tech and platform related enhancements Drive governance, metrics, and continuous improvement Define and track KPIs for delivery, platform health, and business outcomes; institute strong program governance, risk management, and continuous optimization practice Strong digital commerce technology background 15+ years of experience in digital commerce/digital marketing Or large-scale digital platforms, with hands-on exposure to modern commerce architectures Proven experience leading complex, client-facing programs Demonstrated success managing large, multi-stream programs involving multiple vendors, internal teams, and senior client stakeholders. Blend of technical depth and program management expertise Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions while managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across initiatives. Experience setting up or scaling new delivery or operations centers Prior involvement in establishing new teams, processes, or centers of excellence, including operating model definition and capability build-out. Strong stakeholder and engagement management skills Comfortable operating at leadership levels, influencing decisions, resolving conflicts, and building long-term trusted relationships with business and technology leaders. Excellent communication and leadership presence Clear, structured communicator with the ability to lead on-site, mentor teams, and represent technology strategy confidently in executive forums.
