Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing our IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems, applications, and network components.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for desktop operating systems, hardware, and software applications.

Manage Microsoft 365 Administration including configuration, troubleshooting, and user access management.

Identify and troubleshoot IT security issues, including antivirus and malware prevention.

Execute small IT improvement projects and assist with planning/support for large-scale initiatives.

Maintain and monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Basic configuration and troubleshooting of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and TLS/SSL.

Understand web encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of desktop environments and IT security fundamentals.

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Hands-on experience or training in Microsoft 365 Administration.

Ability to analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
