Role & responsibilities :

Office 365:

• User Creation / Deletion / Reset password / Block sign in Create contact Groups creation / Deletion / Add user to group / Manage the groups.
• Shared Mailbox creation / Convert normal mailbox to Shared mail box / Add members to shared mail box
• Creating ticket to Microsoft
• Aliases creation / Roles / Licenses activation Details
• Mange email apps - Outlook on web / outlook desktop / exchange web services / mobile / Imap /pop / Authenticated SMTP

Firewall:

• Admin Username and password / reset password.
• VPN - User creation / Group creation / Portal access / VPN Installation / password reset.
• Network - Interfaces / Zones / Wan link manager / DHCP / DNS / Mac to IP mapping

Server:

• User Creation / renaming / password resetting / enable/Disable account / add user to groups.
• Groups creation / OU creations
• Group policies - default wallpaper / removable storage device
• DNS
• Files / Folder Sharing and Security permissions.

Printers:

• Network / USB printer installations / Softwares
• Department id & password creation / resetting passwords / clear all counts.
• Scan to mail, folder, USB & Network printer troubleshooting

Antivirus:

• Sophos portal login, Username password of Sophos and F Secure
• Anti-virus software installation
• Updates / users creation and group creations
• Peripheral control and sites blocking and deny.

Backup:

• Server to Nas backup, NAS firmware Updating & Troubleshooting
• Veeam backup replication software

Others:

• Logins, Company Sim No's Updates
• Internet, Static Ips, F-Secure, AMC, CC Cameras
• Vendor List, Website Passwords, GoDaddy, HostGator
• Employees contact list, All Locations Mail ID List, Adobe Acrobat Paid version.
