Talent Acquisition-Partner-Corporate-Support Division-HR-Talent Acquisition
- Identify & recruit manpower for all the roles as per planned manpower requirements across the function
- Screening, shortlisting and sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites
- Design and maintain manpower requirement documents
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for all required positions
- Using different recruitment techniques like Head hunting, cold calling, social media recruitment, recruitment website etc.
- Delivery of manpower within deadline
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidate CVs and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a POC and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
