• Identify & recruit manpower for all the roles as per planned manpower requirements across the function
• Screening, shortlisting and sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites
• Design and maintain manpower requirement documents
• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for all required positions
• Using different recruitment techniques like Head hunting, cold calling, social media recruitment, recruitment website etc.
• Delivery of manpower within deadline
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidate CVs and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a POC and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
