Talent Acquistion Assistant Manager

Job Description:

1. End to end Recruitment
2. Bulk Hiring, Lateral hiring and Niche Profiles
3. Handling recruitment across IT and non-IT domains
4. Specializations: High-volume hiring, Leadership hiring, Team coaching, Recruitment analytics, Performance reporting.
5. Team Management
6. Client management

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT positions, including niche and bulk hiring.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to source candidates and conduct initial screening.
• ATS Management: Efficiently use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.
• Database Building: Maintain and update candidate databases for future requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Acquistion
