Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Executive

Our one-of-a-kind online portal, www.ekalasaala.in, provides the needy support for graduates to carve their careers in the best way possible.

EKALASAALA is a virtual learning platform built to overcome the barriers of career guidance for the engineering graduates of CSE, ECE, EEE, and the Mechanical and Civil streams. The e-Kalasaala portal aims to guide and equip graduates with learning aids starting from their first day of college, helping them build a strong foundation for their desired careers in the most constructive way.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


● This is a full-time, on-site Tele calling role located in Chennai.

● The Tele calling representative will be responsible for making Outbound and Inbound calls to potential students, providing information about our services, and guiding them through their career path options.

● Day-to-day tasks include answering queries, maintaining call logs, and following up with potential leads.

● The role involves working closely with the training and marketing teams to ensure effective communication.


EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

             Intermediate/ ITI/Diploma/ Degree/ B-Tech


REQUIRED SKILLS


● Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

● Ability to Explain Complex Information in a Clear and Concise Manner

● Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre Environments

● Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills

● Basic Computer Skills

● Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team

● Experience in the Education Sector is an Advantage

● Minimum Completion of Intermediate/12th Class is Mandatory
