Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Cum Office Executive to handle accounting functions along with administrative and office coordination tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, managing office documentation, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Handle data entry in accounting software such as Tally.
• Assist in GST filing, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts and administrative matters.
• Prepare expense reports, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
• Support the management in office administration and operational tasks.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and confidentiality of financial information.
