Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients regarding US tax documentation and filing updates.
• Collect required tax-related information and verify details with accuracy.
• Ensure professionalism, clarity, and compliance during every client interaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain data accuracy.
