🧾 Job Overview – US Calling Process

Redeem Tax LLC is hiring Tax Process Associates to manage client communication and coordination for U.S. tax filings. This role involves calling U.S.-based clients, collecting tax documents, explaining tax estimates, and coordinating with internal payment and tax preparation teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Call U.S. clients to explain Redeem Tax services and the tax filing process

📂 Collect and follow up on required tax documents from clients

🔍 Review received documents for completeness before moving files forward

💰 Explain tax estimates and service charges clearly to clients

🤝 Coordinate with the payment department after client approval

🗂️ Update client status, documents, and follow-ups in internal systems

⏳ Ensure timely follow-ups to meet U.S. tax filing deadlines

🔐 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

🗣️ Strong English communication skills (mandatory)

📞 Experience in tele-calling, BPO, customer support, or client coordination (preferred)

📘 Basic knowledge of U.S. taxation is a plus (training will be provided)

💡 Ability to explain information clearly and confidently

📑 Good follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills

🌙 Comfortable working night shifts (US timing)

🧑‍🏫 Training & Probation Policy (Mandatory)

• The first two (2) weeks will be a training and probation period
• Complete process training and on-the-job training will be provided
• Performance and learning ability will be evaluated during this period
• Candidates who are unable to learn or perform during the probation period will be terminated
• No salary will be paid for the two-week training/probation period if the candidate is not confirmed

📌 Employment Commitment

• Candidates selected for this role must commit to work at Redeem Tax LLC until the end of the U.S. tax season, i.e., April 2026
• Early discontinuation without valid reason may impact future opportunities with the organization
