The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a convincing attitude, and an interest in handling client calls related to Income Tax Return (ITR) services.

• Basic communication in English
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Interest in telecalling / client handling

• 📝 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients
• Explain Income Tax Return (ITR) filing services
• Handle basic taxation-related queries from clients
• Convince and guide clients regarding available services
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
• Achieve daily / weekly calling and conversion targets
• 🎯 Required SkillsGood verbal communication
• Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
• Basic understanding of telecalling / customer interaction
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
