Description & Requirements

As a Lead Data Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple data migration and mastering projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation, standardization, and quality across data initiatives. You will also lead client engagements and coordinate with internal and external teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect and lead large-scale data migration programs. 
• Define data migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. 
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. 
• Lead solution design reviews and ensure technical excellence. 
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes and tools. 
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and estimations. 

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in data migration and enterprise data solutions. 
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects. 
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security. 
• Expertise in cloud data platforms and integration tools. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing
