Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate / Postgraduate.

• Mandatory to have minimum 2 Yrs. Of experience as Team Lead on papers. (No Acting Team Lead / SME will be considered for the current requirement)

• CIC/CCS certification is mandatory.

• Good communication skills

• Good exposure in IP DRG Medical Coding.

• Good understanding of process optimization techniques

• Strong team management and leadership capabilities

• Solid knowledge of metrics/KPIs and performance management

• Ready to work from office, rotational shift including night shifts
