Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collections / Banking Process to manage and drive performance of a collections team handling secured or unsecured loan portfolios. The role involves team management, target achievement, compliance with RBI & banking norms, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–20 collection executives
• Ensure achievement of daily / weekly / monthly recovery targets
• Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity
• Handle escalations, callbacks, and high-value delinquent accounts
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, banking policies, and DRA norms
• Analyze reports related to PTP, conversion, resolution, and rollbacks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like QA, Training, Operations, and Client teams
• Support new joiner training and on-the-job coaching
• Maintain discipline, adherence, and attendance metrics
• Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in collections / recovery process (Banking / NBFC / Fintech)
• Good knowledge of bucket handling (0–90 / 90+)
• Working knowledge of secured / unsecured loans (Credit Card, PL, HL, Auto Loans)
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Strong communication in English + Hindi / Telugu
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good reporting and MIS knowledge
• Mandatory Requirements✅ Valid DRA Certification (must be active)
• ✅ Minimum 1 year TL experience in collections or banking process
• ✅ Willingness to work from Hyderabad location only

• Preferred QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
• Experience with leading banks or large BFSI service providers
• Exposure to outbound voice collections
