Lead, manage, and motivate the recovery & collections team
• Assign daily targets and ensure achievement of collection goals
• Monitor calls, field visits, and recovery performance
• Handle escalated / critical customer cases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports
• Train team members on recovery strategies & communication
• Coordinate with management and accounts teams
