 Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Team Leader to oversee and manage the quality team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, monitoring team performance, and ensuring process compliance.

 Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage the quality team effectively

Monitor calls/processes and provide constructive feedback

Ensure adherence to company quality standards

Conduct regular audits and performance reviews

Train and mentor team members to improve performance

Prepare and maintain quality reports

 Requirements: 

Minimum experience in Team Handling / Quality Analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and monitoring skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
