TEAM LEADER FIELD

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Monitor daily operational metrics, analyze performance data, and produce reports for senior management.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve department goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with safety/quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Handle escalated operational, technical, or customer issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage staff schedules to meet demand. 
• Field Visit : Meeting and discussiong with customer for closure of payments pendency.
• Travel : Should be flexible to Travel to different location as per as company requirement.
