Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Lead to drive revenue growth through effective lead management, CRM handling, and data-driven sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM systems and Excel, along with proven leadership skills to guide and support the inside sales team.

Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle end-to-end lead management using CRM tools (lead allocation, follow-ups, closures, and reporting).

Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

Analyze sales data using Excel (advanced level) to generate reports, dashboards, and performance insights.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.

Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure proper lead flow and conversion.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion ratios.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Team handling and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
