We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented female team leader to manage our Net Metering and Documentation team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate documentation handling, coordination with DISCOMs, and smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team responsible for documentation and net metering activities.

Ensure all required documents from customers are collected, verified, and submitted accurately.

Coordinate regularly with DISCOM authorities for net metering application follow-ups.

Maintain and update trackers for project status, documentation TAT, and application progress.

Ensure documentation timelines are met — especially net meter closure within 30 days of installation.

Serve as the central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Ensure adherence to company policy and regulatory compliance in all documentation.

Train, guide, and support junior team members.

Help resolve escalated documentation issues proactively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in commerce, administration, or engineering).

3+ years of experience in documentation, backend operations, or solar project handling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience coordinating with DISCOMs or external agencies is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital filing systems.

Strong team management and organizational abilities.

Must be reliable, professional, and deadline-oriented.
