Team Leader - Operations

Salary 25,000 - 35,000

We’re looking for a proactive Team Lead to manage our telecalling team’s day-to-day operations, including roster planning, attendance tracking, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team roster, shift planning, and availability

Track and improve attendance discipline

Monitor daily calling performance and conversion metrics

Coach team members to improve call quality and closures

Ensure targets are met consistently

Coordinate with sales/operations for smooth lead flow

Requirements:

Prior experience in handling telecalling or sales teams

Strong leadership and accountability mindset

Good with data tracking and performance analysis

Ability to handle pressure and drive results
