Urgent Hiring | Team Leader – Tele Sales (bpo)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Tele Sales who can lead from the front, drive performance, and motivate a high-energy sales team in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Eligibility (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a Tele-Sales / Sales process (BPO)
• Hands-on experience with dialer operations and outbound calling processes
• Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide, and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Strong working knowledge of Call Center KPIs such as AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, YTD / MTD performance
• Monitor live calls, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching sessions for performance improvement
• Prepare and implement Action Plans, CAP/DAP for underperforming advisors
• Track team performance and attrition on a regular basis and share updates with the Operations Manager
• Ensure process adherence, quality standards, and productivity benchmarks
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, incentive sheets, and performance MIS
• Identify training needs and enable team development through internal initiatives
• Desired SkillsStrong People Management & Team Handling skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Good analytical skills with attention to performance metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word, Basic Excel)
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
