Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to enhance delivery engagements, ensuring that both Accenture and client strategies are aligned with emerging ideas. Your role will also include fostering trusted advisor relationships, contributing to discussions that shape the future of technology delivery, and enhancing Accenture's reputation in the marketplace. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration. - Strong understanding of business process design and optimization. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
