Job description

ITOM (OpsRamp) Developer JOB PURPOSE This is a key role for our infrastructure projects. It provides support for our global delivery data center infrastructure and operations teams, with an emphasis on OpsRamp development and deployment. This role is responsible to liaise with internal and external parties to solve infrastructure problems, onboard customer devices, trouble shoot error messages, provide technical advice to management and ensure that the infrastructure is stable. RESPONSIBILITIES • Experience in deploying OpsRamp, an IT-Operations management tool • Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products with a focus on OpsRamp (discovery, service mapping, configuration management, event management) • Define and maintain Monitoring & Alerting criteria, and develop plug-ins to monitor servers, network devices, and enterprise storage systems • Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development • Scripting and
