About the Role

Tex n Co Design Studio is looking for a reliable and adaptable Technical Executive who can be trained to handle a wide range of engineering, coordination, documentation, and follow-up work related to:

• Engineering consultations
• Interior & construction-related works
• Permissions and approvals
• Drafting, estimations, site measurements
• Background work for new project acquisition

This role involves handling varied and undefined tasks and gradually taking over day-to-day execution responsibilities, allowing senior leadership to focus on high-impact strategic work.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the organisation and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engineering & Technical Support

• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Assist in drafting works, structural drawing coordination, and documentation
• Support basic estimations / BOQs
• Take site measurements and prepare records

2. Permissions & Liaison Support

• Prepare files and documentation for:
• Municipal permissions
• Panchayat-related works (documentation only)
• Independently visit municipal offices for small works when required
• Follow up on approvals and maintain status trackers
• Keep senior management copied on all communication

3. Site Visits & Coordination

• Visit project sites for measurements, progress checks, and coordination
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site personnel
• Report site observations clearly and systematically

4. Vendor & Payment Coordination

• Coordinate quotations, work status, and vendor follow-ups
• Track basic payment status and invoices
• Prepare simple cost and progress reports

5. Reporting & Follow-ups (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Maintain task lists and trackers
• Follow up until closure without reminders
• Prepare clear daily / weekly updates
• Ensure no task is missed or forgotten

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must have their own laptop
• Candidate must have their own vehicle (two-wheeler or car) for site visits and official work

• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Calm and responsible attitude in unstructured environments

Technical Requirements

• AutoCAD – mandatory
• Site measurement & coordination – required
• Estimation / BOQ – basic knowledge sufficient

Good to Have (skills)

• SketchUp (basic)
• Experience with permissions / liaison work
• Exposure to interiors or construction projects

Compensation Structure

• First 2 months (Training / Transition phase): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• From 3rd month onwards: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on previous experience and performance)

A role and performance review will be conducted after the initial transition period.

What This Role Is NOT ?

• Not a factory operations role
• Not a purely design role
• Not a senior decision-making role

This is a hands-on execution and coordination role with clear growth potential.
