Job Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong experience in enterprise-level Java web applications, React JS, and Spring Boot. The role involves working in cloud environments like PCF, managing production support, and leading offshore teams. Responsibilities include issue resolution, client communication, mentoring juniors, and ensuring system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support J2EE web applications
• Work with Spring Boot, React JS, and cloud technologies
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage B2B support
• Lead and mentor team members
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and manage client expectations
• Operate in a Kanban/ticket-based support model

Technical Expertise:

• 8+ years in Java production support
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Java EE, Maven, React JS (Redux/Flux), and REST/SOAP services
• Skilled in database technologies (Oracle, MySQL) and ORM tools
• Familiar with Spring Security, SSO, Python scripting, Unix commands
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk

MarTech Exposure:

• Google Analytics, BigQuery, BlueConic, Dynamic Yield, Kevel, DAM, CMS/UCM, CRM, Tag Management, ESPs
