Area(s) of responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support data management and integration needs.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data integration processes within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
