Technical Lead-Testing Services

Key Responsibilities:
AI Assisted Test Engineering
•
Analyze large and complex codebases to identify testing needs, edge cases and coverage gaps
•
Use AI tools/models to generate test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation
•
Review, validate and refine AI generated test cases / scripts for correctness, maintainability and Robustness
•
Apply advance prompt engineering and conext-setting techniques along with feedback loops to maximize AI model effectiveness
•
Hands-on experience using leading AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Open AI models, CodeWhispere, or similar
•
Establish guidelines and best practices for safe and effective use of AI in software testing
Test automation and Development
•
Design, develop and maintain automated test suites (using Selenium, PlayWright or similar) for diverse technologies
•
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize both test automation piplelines and uderlying code issues
CI-CD and on-premise Integration
•
Set-up and manage on-premise AI model deployments and related tooling to support code-analysis and test generation workflows
•
Integrate AI-assisted testing workflows seamlessly into existing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins or similar)
Overall Experience needed : 6 to 8 years (Includes 1 year in AI Assisted test engineering)
Band : 4C to 5B
