Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to promote and sell our industrial filling machines and automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, technical discussions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify new business opportunities in industries like oil, chemicals, lubricants, food, and paints.

✅ Generate leads through field visits, online portals, and customer references.

✅ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable filling machine solutions.

✅ Prepare techno-commercial quotations and follow up with customers.

✅ Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.

✅ Coordinate with design and production teams for project execution.

✅ Maintain customer relationships and handle after-sales support coordination.

✅ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Required SkillsStrong technical understanding of industrial machinery
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings
• Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM
• Willingness to travel for field sales
• QualificationDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
• Experience: 1–5 years in industrial machinery sales preferred
