Technical Service Advisor

Role Overview -

As a Technical Service Advisor for the BlueWheel App, you are the most critical link between our customers and our service ecosystem. You are the face of the company on the ground. Your mission is to provide peace of mind to vehicle owners by conducting professional inspections at their doorstep, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring their vehicle is handled with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Ambassadorship: Represent BlueWheel at the customers doorstep with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
• On-Site Diagnostics: Conduct a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle, identify mechanical or electrical issues, and document them accurately.
• Trust & Assurance: Communicate clearly with the customer, explaining technical faults in simple terms and providing assurance regarding the safety and security of their vehicle.
• Logistics & Delivery: Safely transport the vehicle to the designated service center.
• Technical Handover: Act as the "voice of the customer" for our mechanics, ensuring every reported issue is explained in detail to the technical team for precise repair.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: bachelors degree or Diploma.
• Passion: A genuine "love for the machine" you should be someone who enjoys understanding how vehicles work.
• Driving Skills: Proficiency in driving both Car and Bike is Mandatory.
• Documentation: A valid Permanent Driving License (DL) is a must.
• Linguistic Skills: Must be fluent in any two of the following languages Telugu, Hindi, or English to effectively communicate with diverse customer segments and internal teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Experience: Freshers or experience
