Job description: As a technician at Zockethub Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our CCTV and access control systems. You will work with our team of security experts to ensure that our systems are up-to-date and functioning properly. In addition, you will be responsible for training customer’s security staff on how to use the CCTV and access control systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with CCTV systems and networking, as well as a strong understanding of electronics. He or she will be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Responsibilities of candidates include: • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems according to company standards and client specifications • Perform site surveys to assess customer needs and recommend system solutions • Generate system diagrams and documentation for both internal and external use • Train customers on the use of their new CCTV/ access control system • Provide technical support and advice to customers as needed • Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner • Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and technologies • Maintain accurate records of all installed systems • Comply with all company policies and procedures Requirements and skills • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV and access control systems • Working knowledge of CCTV equipment, including cameras, DVRs, and monitors • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings • Basic computer skills, with aptitude to learn new software and systems • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Vehicle is mandatory.
