- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and platform integration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
