Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements. You will also be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing systems to enhance functionality and efficiency, while mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
