Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet objectives efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems.
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in financial reporting.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
