Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating both production and non-production cloud environments utilizing appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. Your typical day will involve deploying automation pipelines and automating the processes of environment creation and configuration, ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and reliability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.


Key responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions across portfolios, programs, and projects
Configure and manage Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning modules
Enable strategic planning and OKR alignment, linking business objectives to initiatives, epics, and projects
Configure portfolio planning, investment scenarios, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
Implement financial planning and tracking, including cost plans, benefit plans, budgets, forecasts, and actuals
Configure resource plans and capacity planning to support demand forecasting and execution
Support Agile and hybrid delivery models, including SAFe or Scrum, within ServiceNow SPM
Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for executive and portfolio-level insights
Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM, DevOps, HR, Finance) and external systems using IntegrationHub and APIs
Collaborate with business leaders, PMOs, finance teams, and architects to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and production support for SPM implementations
Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance standards

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
