Job Title: Tele Caller Cum Front Desk Executive (Female)Department: Sales / Operations

🎯 Role Summary:

The Tele Caller Cum Front Desk Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors. The role combines telecalling, customer coordination, and front-desk management, ensuring smooth communication and a professional brand experience.


🧩 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 📞 Tele Calling & Customer CommunicationMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound calls and understand customer transportation requirements
  • Explain company services, pricing structure, and process clearly
  • Generate and qualify leads and forward them to the sales/operations team
  • Follow up with customers for enquiries, bookings, and feedback


🏢 Front Desk & Office Coordination

  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk activities including calls, messages, and visitor logs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts)
  • Maintain office discipline and support basic administrative tasks


🧾 Data & Documentation

  • Maintain customer and enquiry records in Excel/CRM
  • Update daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up reports
  • Assist in basic documentation like booking details, rate confirmations, and emails
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer data


📊 Reporting & Follow-ups

  • Prepare daily call reports and enquiry summaries
  • Track pending follow-ups and closure status
  • Support management with basic MIS and reporting


🛠️ Skills & Requirements🎓

  • QualificationsMinimum: 12th / Any Graduate
  • Freshers or experienced candidates welcome

  • communication skills (English + local language)
  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
