Tele - Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Counselor based in Hyderabad. The Tele-Counselor will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming queries, providing counseling and guidance to students and professionals, and assisting with program enrollment processes. The role involves effectively communicating program details, helping individuals select the best-suited courses, and ensuring a positive client experience. The Tele-Counselor will also keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
