Tele Marketing Executive / Customer Care

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing / Customer Care / Pre-Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:Telemarketing / Pre-Sales:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Fix appointments or arrange meetings for sales executives
• Follow up with potential clients to close opportunities

Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
