Telecaller (B2C Process)Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who can communicate effectively with B2C customers and support sales and service requirements. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and generating leads or conversions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to B2C customers for product promotion or service support
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales
• Maintain call logs, customer data, and update CRM records
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Work closely with the sales team for smooth conversion
• Required Skills:Minimum 1 year experience in B2C telecalling / inside sales process
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Customer-focused approach
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Education:Any graduate or PU/12th pass with relevant experience
