Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide accurate information to prospective students/customers. The role involves explaining services, following up on inquiries, and supporting admissions/sales activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students/customers from the provided database
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Explain courses/services, fees, offers, and benefits clearly
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and responses in CRM or Excel
• Follow up with interested candidates/customers until closure
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the admissions/sales team for closures
• Address basic queries and resolve concerns politely
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and institutional information
