•            Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

               •            Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services.

               •            Follow up on customer leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

               •            Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.

               •            Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and promote services.

               •            Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the team leader.

               •            Collaborate with team members and provide support whenever necessary.

               •            Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data management.

               •            Work in rotational shifts, ensuring coverage during all business hour
