• Key Responsibilities Make calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects
• Handle inbound inquiries from ads, portals, and campaigns
• Explain property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Follow up with leads and nurture them until conversion
• Achieve daily calling and monthly lead conversion targets
• Requirements Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Telugu]
• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (training provided)

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
