Job Description
Phantasm Solutions is hiring Telemarketing Sellers (Night Shift) to drive outbound sales and lead generation over phone/WhatsApp/email for international markets. This is a target-driven, permanent night-shift role aligned to US time zones (5 days/week).
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to warm and cold leads during night shift.
• Present products/services, handle basic objections, and record call outcomes in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
• 1-3 years in telesales/inside sales/telemarketing
• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable with targets and permanent night shift
• Female candidates only for this role
• Comfortable with permanent night shift; transport facility available Sponsorship
