Job Description:

Saideepa Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Telecaller with 1-5 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting patient inquiries into appointments, and managing appointment bookings via WhatsApp. If you're proactive, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Only with Hospital Experience are Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls from patients, providing accurate information and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Manage appointment bookings through WhatsApp, responding to patient queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant hospital departments to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a courteous and friendly approach during all interactions.
• Provide support to patients regarding any additional information related to hospital services and doctors.
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience working as a Telecaller in a multi-specialty hospital.
• Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to convert calls into appointments and manage multiple communication channels (calls, WhatsApp).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle patient queries with patience and empathy.
• Any degree or equivalent educational qualification.
