Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and gather market research. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Product Promotion: Explain and promote products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services and achieve sales targets.
• Follow-up: Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure high conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduates or under graduates both are eligible.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
• Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Customer Service: Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the primary language of communication; additional language skills are a plus.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
