Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential customers to promote and sell our online app.
• Identify customer needs, present solutions, and persuade prospects to sign up or make a purchase.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the app’s features to enhance sales pitches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
• Familiarity with online apps, technology, and digital sales techniques.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
