Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products or services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle objections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present and promote products or services clearly and effectively.
• Identify customer needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

• 10+2 or related field preferred.
• Fresher and experienced.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
