Job Description

We want a Telecaller and Team Leader role involves handling customer calls while also supervising and guiding a team to achieve organizational and maintain service quality and

worklocation will be at Erragada and KPHP colongy

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to customers to promote products or provide information
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Guide, support, and motivate telecallers to improve performance
• Assign targets and monitor daily team activities
• Train new team members and provide regular feedback
• Handle escalated customer issues when required
• Maintain call records, reports, and team performance data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
