Telecalling & Sales Support Executive (Marketing Team)

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to collect feedback on products and services.
• Follow up with customers for repeat orders and upcoming purchase requirements.
• Maintain proper call records, customer feedback, and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the on-ground sales team to support deal closures and conversions.
• Share customer insights, requirements, and objections with the sales team for better conversion.
• Assist the marketing and sales team with backend support activities related to customer engagement.
• Ensure polite, professional, and effective communication with customers at all times.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic understanding of sales or telecalling is preferred.
• Ability to maintain customer data and follow-up schedules.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable with calling customers daily.
