JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (9 hours/day, Weekly 1 Off)

Responsibilities:

•            Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

•  Ready to work on field conference for business promotions.

               •            Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services.

               •            Follow up on customer leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

               •            Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.

               •            Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and promote services.           

               •            Collaborate with team members and provide support whenever necessary.

               •            Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data management.

Requirements:

               •            High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

•  Ready to work on field conference for business promotions.

               •            Previous experience in a tele calling or customer service role is an advantage.

               •            High Proficiency in English, Telugu & Hindi.

   •            Ability to handle a multitask efficiently.
