Telecaller

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Study Abroad tele caller with 1 year of experience in handling Bachelor and Master’s degree enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for calling students, managing leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Bachelor and Master’s study abroad enquiries
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Explain Various Courses And Their Benefits To Candidates Through Phone Calls Or In Person.
• Follow up Daily Calls to Maintain Relationships with Candidates Looking for Various Courses and Universities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in overseas education (Master’s programs preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and Europe)
• Basic understanding of IELTS/GRE/GMAT requirements
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
