Make outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and leads provided by the company
Handle inbound calls from tenants and explain about our flats
Explain PropInfinity’s property management services clearly and confidently
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested tenants
Qualify leads and update call outcomes in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Schedule site visits or meetings for the team
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead targets
